In tribute to CrossFit’s naming  of their workouts after women – I figured I’d follow suit. My workout today:

  • Alternating 5 wide grip pullups, 95lb shoulder thrusters (3 sets)
  • 10 burpees (3 sets)
  • Alternating 25 traditional crunches, 25 bicycle kicks

That was enough to kick my ass today. I guess my month off hit me harder than expected.
