• 1 Chicken Breast, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Light Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp fat free Hellman’s Mayonaise
  • 1/2 Red Pepper, chopped
  • Kosher Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper to taste

Mix all the above ingredients together. Eat on it’s own (delicious), or on a slice of bread (if you don’t mind the carbs).
