Shendy’s Chicken Salad

- 1 Chicken Breast, shredded
- 1 tbsp Light Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp fat free Hellman’s Mayonaise
- 1/2 Red Pepper, chopped
- Kosher Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
Mix all the above ingredients together. Eat on it’s own (delicious), or on a slice of bread (if you don’t mind the carbs).
