15 reps 95lb power clean

<p>Took about 45 minutes, and I got a really good sweat on. My hamstrings already hurt.</p>
<p>*Next day follow up &#8211; my hamstrings don&#8217;t feel too bad but I can still tell that I worked the out. My traps are stiff today.</p>
